My best friend and I have stopped in three times now (twice in a 24 hour period) and we are obsessed with this place! It's always so good, fast service, and always hot. I don't live in Fredericksburg and trust me when I say I spend every day wishing I did just for these dumplings! Our favorites to order are the soup dumplings, vegetable dumplings, and the scallion pancakes! The entrees are also really good! Everything is reasonably priced and just honestly the best food I've ever had

Ordered for the first time the other day. We placed to go order: 2 Soup Dumplings, Signature Dumpling, Scallion Pancake, Beef Noodle Soup and 2 drinks to share. Although it was warm by the time it was brought home. It was delicious, the soup dumplings were perfect and had enough juice inside the dumplings and did not leak out on both items. The beef was flavorful and tender for the noodle soup. Everything we ordered were on point. We love eating dumplings, not too many places close by to eat dumplings. We will definitely order again.

I have been wanting to try this place after hearing all the great reviews. It did not disappoint. The scallion pancakes were to die for and I love the dipping sauce for them. So light and delicious. General Tso was so crispy and full of flavor. The Dan Dan soup was also delicious and accidented perfectly with bok choy. My favorite had to be the soup dumplings, a quick bite of the side and the soup mixture inside was perfect. Highly recommend you try this place out ❤️❤️❤️

My friend and I went to crazy dumpling and it was so delicious. I had the beef soup dumplings and beef and broccoli. The beef and broccoli was honestly the best Chinese food I have ever had. Usually Chinese food makes me feel like crap the next day, and I did not have any issues at all after eating this.
The soup dumplings were good but, dumplings really aren't my thing. But I think if you are into dumplings you will love them. We also had the scallion pancakes which were delicious. But would be nice if I had a little sweet and sour sauce with them.
I read a lot about long wait times for food but my friend and I arrived around 8:00 PM and had no issue with getting our meal within 20 minutes or so. Maybe the key is to go a little later as we were the only people in there. I will definitely give them a 10 out of 10 and will be back. They also have Boba tea which I will try next time.

What a fantastic dumpling place! We had the scallion pancakes, soup dumplings and the signature dumplings. The Scallion pancakes were crispy and warm.
The soup dumplings were perfect for this cold and rainy weather. The broth was rich and flavorful.
The signature dumplings seem to be a pan-fried dumpling with pork and shrimp that were wonderful!
All together with a glass of hot, semi-sweet ginger tea made this a wonderful meal!

I was so excited when I read that Fredericksburg was finally getting a dumpling (among other things) restaurant! Learned about it on a Wednesday and went that Saturday. I’m so glad we did!
My husband is Hawaiian & often misses the small, cozy, family run restaurants from home. As soon as we walked in we knew the food was going to be good - “reminds me of home” he said.
Everything was delicious and you can 1,000% tell they are being made in the kitchen with love by family. Fair pricing, good portion sizes, and food you genuinely can’t find anywhere else around here.
We truly hope they stick around for many years, as this is the type of restaurant we’d love to bring our future kids to and tell them “this is the kind of place daddy grew up eating at.”
Down with chain restaurants, long live mom & pop places like this!
